Staff is poorly trained and generally has a flustered disposition (I can understand why). Main complaint here is the following: I've had a difficult time achieving my goals here on 3 separate visits for different things including: Bill Pay, Check Cashing, and MoneyGram. Last visit, most recently, the clerk refused to cash a paycheck for an employer who is local to Westport and well known. The clerk stated that first time customers cashing paychecks need to have the business verified which is supposedly done by calling the business and asking them if they are a business. Doesn't make any logical sense at all. Also, expect at least a 10 minute wait during any normal business hours, sometimes up to 30 minutes waiting in line during peak hours.Check Cashing fee is a percentage of check at 2%, Walmart is a better alternative with $3 fee for checks up to $1000 and $5 or $6 for checks over $1000
