Very impressed with this company. It was truly refreshing to experience genuine & excellent customer service. A rare thing to find these days. I met with Mr. Bill Sholk, who was incredibly professional, sincere, helpful, patient, insightful and provided a sense that he truly cared and wanted to assist. He did not rush me, or talk over my head. He is obviously highly competent and skilled in his field. No doubt he is an asset to this company. Office is in a great location, clean offices with friendly, helpful staff. I would confidently refer Mr. Sholk to anyone seeking a mortgage or refinance.

There were a few obstacles we faced and they were relentless in helping us overcome them! They BOTH were very professional, patient and kind. Bill Sholk at Contemporary Mortgage helped me with what I thought to be impossible. I purchased my home from a couple that was holding the mortgage for me over 17 years ago and I had a balloon mortgage looming. Since I am self employed it is hard to get a traditional mortgage but, with Bill's help it went through. I am so grateful to have that burden lifted. Bill Sholk and Austin Howland did a fantastic job for us. The purchase of our house was not a typical one. It involved litigation and a forced auction by the court. Both Bill and Austin were in constant contact with me throughout the approval process to insure any problems that came up were addressed. Without their attention to the details, our loan may have just been denied by another firm, which would have been disastrous to us financially. Thanks for your efforts.
