Do not do business with this company! I used them one time, made timely payments and then changed jobs and got put on a new pay schedule. Suddenly they have fraudulent late payment fees on my account the week that my LAST payment is due. I was never informed of these charges that were supposedly incurred months ago after consistent contact with them and timely payments. They are what I call “money pushers” & will try their best to keep you stuck in their trap by constantly offering money once they see you are good at paying it off (I declined to ever get a new loan with them). I’m highly displeased with their business practices. I’m guessing the additional fees goes into their individual pockets because they 100% made up the reason I have them on my account. Thankfully I’m in a position to just pay it and be done with them, but I wouldn’t recommend using them to my worst enemy.
