I had the pleasure of working with Dustin M. Johnson & staff today. I wanted to open a new checking account. I'd done my bank shopping online. By the time I went to the bank, I knew what I wanted. I rudely got there 15 minutes before close, humbly accepting that I may be turned away. I asked the teller if they had time to open a new checking account before close. She cheerfully said yes and quickly went to work. She then handed me over to Dustin. He went to work with urgency and positivity! He was polite and informative. He had a warm caring sense about him. He didn't waste a second on anything unnecessary, yet did a compete and thorough job. I could tell he's a good relationship guy in business. But he saw in this moment that to earn the relationship meant to meet the clients sense of urgency. He did just that. He managed to open my account AND built meaningful rapport with me in less than 30 minutes. I'll be back for everything they offer that I need, just to work with Dustin instead of someone else. I look forward to getting to know him and working with him more. This is good old fashioned customer service people. Dustin gets it. He should be recognized.
