Man wird vertröstet mit einem Rückruf zu unbestimmter Zeit. Hat man diesen verpasst und ruft bei der Vermittlung zurück wird man wieder abgespeist mit :"man wird sie zurückrufen allerdings heute nicht morgen auch nicht..." Dieses Spiel spiele ich jetzt seit über 2 Wochen. Geht man so mit seinen Kunden um ?
