Credit unions are great. I have no idea why people use big name banks. In the nearly 3 decades of using CUO, I have never had issues using bank atms, traveling, etc and have probably saved hundreds in bank fees. Never been charged a fee. For instance, I can use my atm card as many times per month as I want at grocery stores.

It’s once in a blue moon when their atm actually works. I’ve been 3 nights in a row to deposit money and it’s still down and this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

I found management very standoffi.sh and rude. I opened the account anyway and the first time I attempt to go into my online account I can't get in and got locked out.a few years ago I was going to open a account I backed out because they were so rude. I am thinking it's just this branch. I'm probably going elsewhere even though it's a big hassle to switch direct deposit.

I've been with CUONE since 1989. They have the best rates, very good customer service no matter which branch you goo to. Keep up the good work.

Good place and good people. Unreliable atm deposit, it's never working went to multiple locations within 30 miles over 4 days and every day they were down for deposits. now they completely removed the deposit option from this location.

I signed up with them months ago online and the few times I went in they have always been very nice and friendly 😊. Fast service as well. I love it here.

Tried to find out the hours of this place but that turned to be out a real hassle trying to call them on the phone. Their automated system does not recognize voice whatsoever. Even though that's the way they want you to answer by voice. Have to wait until they open to find out what I need to know. The ATM at the Saint Clair Shores branch is not reliable at all you end up going in more often than not
