Okay whomever hired Vickie Nash is a genius! She Has great phone Tact, is helpful, and after calling 3 times she is the one who helped me and knew exactly what to do. One guy who answered the phone could barely talk and kept yawning, and the other Had no idea what I was calling about! So Vicki rocks and please on my behalf give her a raise! Thank you!

In this instance it was Sheryl Young of Talus Pay who took immediate action to answer my questions, review my account and make changes that better suit our companies needs. Truly exceptional and one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time.
