I have a problem with my A/C unit and my apartment is blazing hot despite the high amount I pay for rent there. Also more importantly, my landlord called "CCA Newport Inc" that has so many units in the building for rent, don't respond to repairs or try to be cheap and not fix things well. So beware (and I advise not to sign a lease) if you see this company on your lease agreement as you WILL have a terrible time dealing with them for basic maintenance issues. I know most people don't come out to give reviews on this building but I will give my honest opinion. The building has major HVAC unit issues and the guys who come to repair them (All City Heating & Cooling) are always in the building to show the extent of the mess. That's pretty bad for a building that is only about 5 years old.
