I've worked in various industries (medical and technology fields mostly), and I have never worked for anyone who values their employees more than the executives at CSI do. In other workplaces, you get hired and then micromanaged. At CSI, they hire people who can do the job and trust that the job will get done. The company headquarters is located in Bonita Springs, FL, and it has a very modern office setting (open office spaces, large glass walls, popular music playing, etc.). To succeed here, you must be a self-starter who does not need their hand held. If you are willing to work hard and follow through with your commitments, you will find success with CSI.As a remote employee, I'm not able to go into an office everyday, but when I visit the Bonita team, I'm always treated like family. You'll find that there's a sense of community at CSI, and they are always willing to welcome newcomers.
