My firm started doing business with Customer Merchant back in January of 2014, everything was well. Starting from October 2016, I cannot get call back from the Broker that assisted me with the signing up initial. In December 2016, my merchant account stopped working completely. And that month there is no charge from Card Connect the processor. In January, I cannot get call backs so I opened new merchant account with another firm, right after that I got charged a fee In January 17 and Feb 17. My new merchant provided me a phone number to call to confirm that old account is gone, I called and the customer service at Card Connect is very nice, said they will reverse one month of charge for me and ensure account is closed. Today Feb 10, 2017, I got charged $595 from them, I called and did not get a call back.
