Client Review on Cutpay Merchant Services

Feedback:

Shocking service, mostly due to its absence. They have amazing sales guys who promise the world but then they don't deliver. They literally dumped the terminals with a 5 min set up talk, half of our terminals never worked and the other 2 were terrible. The GPRS didn't work in any of our contracts. The Wifi terminal was supposed to use a hardwire but ended up being sent needing a phone line (which we didn't have). The terminals were slow and crashed multiple times a day. We had a 48 hour period when they simply didn't work and we weren't able to contact anyone until the monday morning - so no payments for a whole weekend.They are hard to find who to contact, when we do get through they rarely recognised our merchant IDs so 'couldn't help' and the rest of the time the fobbed us off with fixes that didn't work or excuses.We decided to try a different supplier, who have been 5*. They are called PaymentSense and they buy out the contracts up to £3,000. Unfortunately CutPay have sent us a £3,850 final settlement to close the account - which is obviously obscene. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - because they basically are, feeding on the weak and inexperienced!
