This company deserves negative stars. After countless atrocities (broken dryer, massive flood, A/C breaking down, and so on), Dakota Realty is by far the worst choice for any student/individual to rent property from. Even when things were attempted to be fixed, such as one of the back doors that had a whole in the bottom, the door wouldn't shut all the way unless aggressively forced. Going back to the massive flood, when this occurred, Dakota Realty didn't even bother to get a cleaning crew out to clean and instead charged us for carpet cleaning when we moved out! Also, before we moved out, Dakota Realty insisted re-painting the house while finals were going on. The noise of a pressure washer was outstandingly loud and shattered one of the windows, leaving broken glass on the porch, a safety hazard. Overall, I highly recommend people to never do business with this terrible company. As you can tell, they should be shut down permanently.
