Bunch of crooks went for an $800 loan on my 63 Gibson es335 they would only give me 300 so due to financial trouble took the loan. Unfortunately lost the pawn from being incarcerated when I got out they had the guitar for sale for $10000 which was a bit high but knowing what it was worth they low balled me knowing i was in need of the cash the guitar was worth 6000 and they couldnt even part with 800 i wouldnt give no stars if possible

I think they need to test the xbox ones more.. I bought 1 and it doesn’t work right.. tried to return it and they sell one right in front of me when I’m trying to return the other one... very unhappy will never do business here again

When you think pawn shops you dont expect to see what you do when you walk into Dan's. Starting at the entrance when you walk in everything has a place and is clearly labeled. The store is well lit and very clean. The staff was top notch and very knowledgeable. If they dont have it they are more than willing to help you find it. If you are looking for good deals or to maybe get some extra cash out of items that are just laying around this should be your first stop.

I had a bad expierance today at Dan's and when I had a manager call me back it turned out to be a very good experience and I guess someone was just having a bad day. Don's is a good place to do business. Thank you.

They have a good layaway. But for pricing items they pull the ebay card and tried showing me an item that sold for $5 and the shipping was $250 GTFOH with $5 I know the value. I don’t haggle at pawn stores I leave. I ain’t got time for games. Time is money.

I usually do a lot of business with Dan’s but today they lost me as a customer! I will never shop there again! I waited in there ten minutes to be helped and every associate walked passed me instead of helping me. An associate even called out more people from the back and no one would help me! I will shop there again! And for the one associate that looked at me crazy, never judge a book by its cover. I was going to purchase a TV and to cameras, I had money to spend but you were more worried about hanging out with your home boy!
