it costs an extra $52 to pay your mortgage on line. a " convenience fee " Forces you to go into the bank, and I pay al my bills online. its archaic, Id like to refi out of that bank.

If you call them, good luck. You will never get the same person twice and it is obvious they are trying to get you off the phone as fast as possible and it takes multiple calls to get the correct answer or your problem taken care of. This has really gone downhill in the past year.

They have great service- plus for a community bank, they have all the technology I need. I can deposit checks from my phone and I rarely actually have to go into the bank, which is great when I am out of town.

The teller staff in Mason is a revolving door. Because of this their experience is lacking and not very helpful.The new drive through with glorified ATMs is horrible...I think I'll be moving my accounts soon.
