Their Contact page on their site says:"We don't like to hide behind "fill-in a form and we'll contact you" website screens and would rather have a conversation by phone. Simply call us to get started."Well, I called on the phone multiple times and talked to various assistants and never got a call back. Sure sounds like hiding to me.

Concerning experience with this firm from the start. Spoke to their receptionist and made an appointment for about 2 weeks out. They reported they do not use email, so the confirmation would be verbal. When I called to reschedule it, they said it was never scheduled. Then, called once more (since their website seems to have everything I was looking for) and they said David would call me back. Umm, nope. Never did. I prefer to support local businesses, but in this case, RUN! Poor professionalism. Lack of streamlined communication. And honestly, not using email in this day and age seems odd and obviously is hindering their businesses ability to grow and communicate with potential clients.

David took the time to help us integrate our point of sale computer system to export to Quickbooks that will save us tremendous time and energy. He definitely knows his business and is well worth the money spent!
