Not completely satisfied with recent service performed. My wife asked to have the tires rotated when the oil was changed. The technicians told her it wasn't necessary because the car is so new. My belief is, when a customer requests a service that is not unreasonable, it should be done.

I went and looked at a used Jeep on Tuesday and it was parked in my driveway by Wednesday afternoon. Fast, easy, no hassle people work here and have the customers best interest. Found a reasonably priced used Honda that checked all of my boxes at D’Ella Honda in Glens Falls. Salesman Jeff and everyone there worked efficiently to make for a seamless and pleasant buying experience— Thank You! It should be noted that I bargained for my best price and brought financing from my credit union and they still made sure that I left happy.At other dealerships the treatment changes when you chisel a little from their margin—Thanks for the great experience, love my car!
