Overall Feedback:
Paid my lien off and a very unfriendly woman assisting me, was no help at all trying to obtain my lien release so I can obtain a title without the lienshes telling me I received one, when I HAVE NOT and tells me I need to pay a fee for another one. A simple email is ALL I NEED. There wasn't any hassle paying my payments yet when it comes to obtaining a lien showing I satisfied it, now its not so easy???? Horrible customer service!!!
