I've been working with Steve and the team at Diamond for over 10 years and they've assisted in funding over 30 of our deals. After dealing with many direct lenders and brokers over the years, its clear Diamond is different. If the deal can be funded, Diamond will find a way to get it done and their knowledge of SBA regulations is second to none. But what really sets Steve apart is he owned a business for several years. He knows what buyers and sellers go through. He truly cares about people and shows it... from the small business owner, to the buyer looking to purchase to the broker who has worked hard to put the deal together. Diamond sets the standard for SBA loan brokers... I highly recommend their services.
