DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!! Bridge St. Lowell, MA Branch! Absolutely unreal how the “manager” (Katelyn Regan) here treated me today. And it wasn’t Ms. Flavia Cady either! Ms. Cady, as far as I’m concerned, is the sweetest soul of any bank I’ve been to. Now I’m reconsidering her attitude based on the attitude of the manager in her place today! Young girl probably 25-30 yrs old. It was crazy busy, parking was impossible and I waited for about 30 min be seen so naturally I was annoyed once called. I was addressing a fake check written out to my savings acct and another issue with an employment check. She was saying that my checking acct # was what DCU deposited the checks into, a # which I didn’t recognize and made clear I’m only familiar with the Acct # from my online banking! She got nasty and snappy and short! I said “Do you talk to all your members like this? I come to you for a service/solution and you treat me nasty?! You don’t deserve your job!” All she did was shrug her shoulders and had the AUDACITY to say “Well you should be down at the police station asking for help because that’s not what we do. You should know better than to give your acct info over the phone...” maybe so, but I’m not 10 years old, I’m the victim of fraud here and most importantly I pay you guys! Members pay you, way too much I see, because it makes you think you can be nasty to your customers! I’m a manager in fast food and have been for several years and this is UNACCEPTABLE! This girl doesn’t deserve her job, I don’t care how much you know! I’m sure if a blind person came in with a seeing eye dog she’d show the dog more respect than the human being...and that’s a shame! I’ll see to it she’s reported!
