Hi Judy,I have the utmost respect for your profession and acknowledge the wait in the queue. The mandatory requirement by NZTA to get registration for any vehicle is to complete MR1(sent by NZTA) or MR1B form, which has very basic information i.e. Plate number, make and model of car, details of register person name address. Prices for all vehicles are different and unfortunately, we do not have such price list hence MR1B becomes essential to provide verified and correct information.Any agencies providing service or information without completion of such form is breaching privacy policy. We are strictly prohibited to give out any information out without such forms and we are bound by such compliance and regulation. We take pride in protecting customer privacy. In regards to comments "well you should have done your homework!" We don't think was made to you. Your banking services were decline by staff as you did not meet minimum requirements to your request made. An alternate option was provide however you decline to listen to staff member trying to help you. Hence your request was escalated to Manager which took less than 5 minutes of your time, you still did not want you take options available and you walk out. Very pragmatic requirement when one visit to bank is their valid photo Id, if one does not have it I don’t think any bank in New Zealand is able to provide financial needs. Valid Photo is very important to protect customer money and privacy.Due to privacy reason I cannot discuss details on social media site however if you feel can drop into branch to see manager or call our Kiwibank helpdesk in regards to your concerns will be addressed.Br. I do not have much to say or comments in regards to staff member’s race and ethnicity etc. however can confirm that all staff members have to go through very strict requirements credit and reference check s and all approved by NZ post before they get their jobs.In regards to your concerns - increase in prices, we at Dinsdale Post do not have any role in price regulations. I can assure you it’s completely regulated by NZ post and Kiwibank. However if you feel you have being over charged for any product or service you are most welcome to come to our branch and I am happy to look into it. We take this matter very seriously. We at Dinsdale post are very honest and fair while providing all sales and services.Lastly I am in process of getting the admin rights from google so all customers comments/ feeds back can be address appropriately.
