I cannot even begin to tell you how awful this company is. We have done business with them for over 15 years but they have gotten worse and worse. Our last lease we went thru hell with them and said back then, once this one was complete we would never do business with them again. If your a new or existing business I STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere. They charged us a personal property tax for the 1st time ever and said it was paid to the state. In our state you don't pay personal property tax to the state. After speaking with the Attorney General's Office its clear they are charging us and keeping the money themselves. They defraud customers intentionally.Direct Capital - Please don't respond with some phony canned response asking us to call you. When you call you are sent to cyber space and no one calls you back.
