I never write reviews but felt like this is one that needs to be written. I can't thank Stephanie and Faye enough for their amazing customer service support today, and for jumping through so many hoops to assist my son in finalizing his first ever car loan! They went out of their way to reach out to an offsite underwriter, not only to get approval to cut a check on a Saturday, but also re-reach out to the underwriter a second time when it was realized that the check amount needed to be increased! With only hours to spare before closing, they had the underwriter authorize the increase and had a check waiting for us!I've been a member with Direct Federal for as long as I can remember and I'm so glad that my son has now joined the ranks of membership as well...
