I'm not even a member for a year yet and have had issues every time dealing with them. More problems getting a simple loan than I should have had. Also no directions on how to make the process work or how to accommodate my needs. Just a "I’m sorry, I don't know how to help". Very disappointed. People say Credit Unions are better than your regular bank, I very much do not agree.
