This by far the best place to sell your gold & silver to very honest and friendly environment, the customer service is outstanding and where else can you go to sell your gold and find great deals on other stuff. This is the best place to kill two birds with one stone. You've gotta go by you won't be disappointed.

DMV Gold holds true to their policy but also is understanding if an issue comes up and tries to work with their customers who have pawns. One time I didn't have the money to pay my pawn in time but I understand that they are running a business and if a pawn is due, its due. I called letting them know that I would have the money a week or so after its original due date and they held it but I was unable to fulfill that request so they did what they had to and closed my pawn. They called me ahead of time to let me know, but I just had to let it go because I did not have the money. Wish more people would respect these wonderful workers. They are just doing their job. Will pawn/sell more stuff here in the future. They are always on time whenever I have shown up to sell/pawn. Look forward to doing business with you again.

Had an item here unfortunately. I went out of town due to a family emergency try to make a payment over phone they did not accept payment over the phone I was not informed that they would take a money order when I return to Town 2 months later they informed me that they have sold my item.

Been sitting here since 10 am and still no one is at the store and it is 10:20 am. I have made plans with the owner wife on a price already. They need to communicate with there customers better. Every time I come up here they are never here when the hours are stated on the front or the store.
