It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my new credit card. I have called three times and have repeatedly been told to wait and it will come in the mail. I've lived at the same address for the last 6 months and I just receive my bill in the mail, so I know there is not a problem with my address. I do not understand how in 2017 it can take over a month to mail someone a new credit card, especially after repeatedly calling.
