I think this is a horrible financial institution. If you feel that calling me to inquire why I feel this place is horrible only for the company, and not for me (consumer) or to see what you can do to help. Please do not call me. I want a financial institution who is going to help me to succeed and not bring me down. Walking into any branch is unprofessional they wait to even acknowledge you are there. They will not help you gain as far as credit. To close my account it was a head ache. Please go somewhere else.
