Game changing platform!
What was the best part of the experience?

Dwolla has a very robust API that is easy to implement. The platform itself supports large transfer amounts. The support team is on Slack and readily available to provide support!

What would you change about the experience?

There is nothing we specifically don't like about Dwolla

We did our research with dozens of different service providers and Dwolla met our needs. Paymints.io is revolutionizing how payments and transfers are made for real estate transactions. We are using ACH to reduce wire fraud and avoid bounced checks.

Super fast integration
What was the best part of the experience?

Dwolla's new Pay as You Go set up is a great way to implement ACH payments quickly and without having to commit to any annual contracts. We were able to get integrated in about a week's time, and the solution has scaled alongside our business nicely.

What would you change about the experience?

The PAYG feature is new, so initially the cost structure was quite high. We ended up staying because of the PAYG option.

What was the best part of the experience?

I was spending a ton of time issuing payments to our customers each week. We needed a solution that would integrate easily into our existing flow and Dwolla fit the bill. It was easy to implement and our customers are enjoying a more streamlined process for receiving their payments. Dwolla has also provided us with a more flexible payout timeline as customers are requesting their payouts rather than me issuing them on a predefined timeline. We are seeing balances sit for longer periods of time as customers wait for a higher balance prior to requesting a payout. This is a win-win for both sides.

What would you change about the experience?

Most of our customers have not heard about Dwolla so it has taken a bit of educating them to ensure the payment process is safe and secure.

We use Dwolla to move money for our users. By doing the heavy lifting with ACH Dwolla has enabled us to accelerate our go to market by a long shot. The documentation is great. The onboarding experience was excellent. Dwolla is at the core of our technology stack and we could not be happier with the product and the team that supports us.

What was the best part of the experience?

We used to have pending payment issues, but it is now a thing of the past since we shifted to Dwolla. This API platform has proven its worth to business owners for the past years. It can deliver fast and stable financial transactions in just one go. Also, I appreciate all the support that I’ve been getting from the team responsible for Dwolla’s existence.

What would you change about the experience?

There are no serious issues so far. I am glad that Dwolla has done a fantastic job of clearing online check payments. They always try their best to make each transaction work without any inconveniences at all.

Amazing API for Processing ACH Payments!
Feedback:

We fought with our previous payment integration for about 6 months before we had decided to look for a new provider. We knew we needed to figure out an alternative. We didn't consider building our own integration with a bank because I'm a big believer in sticking with your core competency and partner with people that are much better at the things than I am... for us, that was Dwolla.

Dwolla helps us onboard and verify our clients. It has helped us make onboarding clients a seamless integration that can take as little as15 minutes. On the infrequent occasion when we need further verification of our clients, the Dwolla team is always quick to respond and guide our clients to a resolution. They have been an integral part of us building out our business platform over the course of the year.

Good alternative to Stripe
What was the best part of the experience?

Easily integrates with Plaid. Useful sandbox mode for testing scenarios.

What would you change about the experience?

Some information in the API and references is spread all over and difficult to find without reading everything word for word.
