As a first time Subaru customer, I had a very pleasant experience at East Hills Subaru and especially with my salesperson, Jennifer Santiago. Jen is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the Legacy and she is very personable, friendly and enthusiastic. Jen was particularly wonderful on delivery day explaining the many (!) features of my new car. And when we had a small issue with getting my text messages to sync, she immediately called in the "tech guy" and they both worked on trying to fix the problem. The fact that it was a blazing 90 degree day did not deter either of them from spending an unhurried hour with me. I would highly recommend East Hills Subaru and Jennifer for anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru.
