Poor service. I'm about to close my bank account with you guys. The ATM do not operate. Once I went to Adidogome market location for money withdrawal and it took me more than three hours to wait for those bank lazy agents. Finally they gave me hard time about my signature that I changed then didn't serve me at all.Lately I traveled out of country and can not use my online banking because my bank card at the time was Azur and is expired. I talked to the online banking agent who told me I would be required to issue a signed authority note to a relative or a trusted friend to present to my branch on my behalf for my new card. My friend just went to the branch with my documents and they rejected him.
