Overall Feedback:

The ATM at Mercy hospital in Janesville WI is operated by these folks. They charge a $5 fee to access your money. At a hospital. I guess they feel they can fleece you because you are captive due to your medical misfortune.They offer increments as low as $20. That's a 25% fee.Wow.
