The staff at this branch is very rude, impatient and unprofessional. No matter when I call and/or visit. The experience is never a pleasant one. I never come and write reviews like that but I felt the need to. I’ve been banking with them for 4 years now and it’s always the same experience. I can never recall a pleasant experience. Today I called about my account and I didn’t understand what Linda was expanding and I expressed that and she proceeded to hang up the phone and in a rude tone “have a good day” .. click !!!

The staff in Hartsdale were rude impatient and made me wait to see the lady in the back who never came out!! Very unprofessional today. Customer Service was so unprofessional. Made me switch to to another Bank. If you lose your card or its stolen, they make you wait 3 to 4 weeks for a new one. One lady got up and went to the back without provocation and when another customer came in chose to wait on that customer. When you don't agree with someone you don't treatment them like trash. You work in a bank and that should be unacceptable. So relieved to be banking with people who keep it professional.

The staff is very warm & friendly & knowledgeable enough to easily outfit you with the exact finance experience you desire without life's ever-changing trauma-drama. No pressure, no worries, no hassles. What more could you ask for ?? Hmmmmm?? 😃
