No HUMAN contact WHATSOEVER! I'm literally angered by this alone. I understand that eGifter fine its bothers sum to answer questions but as a company, YOU MUST understand when someone spend money on your website and you rejected the order that's cool but my MONEY IS NOT BACK ON MY CARD!!!!!!! I'm not upset 😠 lol about My the order being rejected . This is actually not the first time this happened to me. But I get my money back . I just want ETA.I'm done using this site after today.

I bought a gift card on eGifter. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the email address I gave them. They never informed me that the email address didn't exist and that the gift card was undeliverable; I found out from the friend I had tried to send it to. That was 2 weeks ago. I have been trying to have the gift card sent to the correct address since; with no luck yet. I am about to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Such a shame. It would be an easy fix. Instead my friend still doesn't have his birthday present and I've had a lot of frustration with the process. I will never use eGifter again.

Much better than getting a regular gift card, a gift card is so much better when you can choose what store or brand you want! I've both gifted & received gifts on e-gifter and & was very satisfied with both.
