Scam!! Don't waste your time with them. They deduct more money then they're suppose to out my account every month and cant give me a reason as to why. They will lock you in a contract and say the only way for you to cancel is to pay $500. Total rip off! I will be reporting them to the BBB

I have requested they close my account for over a week now to no avail; the owner Sean Franke keeps sending me back to the CC processor Elavon Inc to do so and they keep sending me back to EMS - I am getting the run around and going to file a complaint the CA consumer protection agency as well as the BBB.

After making the mistake of leaving Electronic Merchant Services for a year to try my Bank merchant services, we are happily back to EMS, my bank had offer to lower my monthly service fees plus we were suppose to keep the same rate on credit card charges, they were only lies, after a couple of statements we realize the charges were more, I was not allowed to cancel without a big cancellation fee. We learn our lesson and are happy to be back to EMS and we know we count with honest people like Sean and Miki.........Thank you guys.
