If you have any issues with the card reader or the apps, working with support is horrific. Most issues I've had, needed to be escalated to an external company who provides support, and the hold time is a minimum of 20 minutes. You then typically spend at least an hour on the phone. I've never had an issue resolved with one call - except for a password reset.

My local representative has always been extremely helpful. A few days ago I had an issue with my equipment and he refered me to the technical EMS support team. The technical support staff were equally helpful and resolved the issue within minutes! Great experience.

Pushy sales people. I called Inquiring about a service and was contacted several times by email and phone calls to sign me up. I just wanted information which they provided but to contact me several times after I said I was just gathering information and not ready to decide was a bit much.

Litterally the biggest scammers in the world they love to hold your money and use their business as a way to access your pocket, if you are new to E-commerce and are looking for a new processor STAY AWAY FROM EMS!!!!

I recently wanted to simplify and update my website I have been with EMS for 10 years... In addition I also wanted to add an easy application and payment form for our customers I contacted Christy S. My web designer with some ideas... She put together a beautiful website design for me I couldn't be happier!! Also she knew that my request was time-sensitive and she gladly made me feel as if I was a priority as she attended to our needs immediately. Her knowledge and skills shine threw she included everything that we asked for but with her wonderful skills and sense of design.
