spent 45 minutes couldn't get a person to talk t0 me
Feedback:
I came in without a reservation during the lunch rush to get something notarized and I was done in five minutes. The two people I interacted with were extraordinarily helpful and nice.

Elevations offers a 'convenient' option called bill pay that pays out checks for you....takes them 8 days but allegedly they do pay these within the 8 days. Today when I called to see why the payment scheduled for yesterday has not showed up the agent (Kowahi) gave me the following response "do you want me to stop payment on the checks". No sir, what I would like is for you to listen to me, understand my need, and show empathy prior to offering me your non solution to my problem. I understand the delays, they happen, please train your employees on their soft skills.

Called them wanting to switch my loan from PSCU to here, they got all of my info and ran my credit but never got back to me. Thanks a lot you idiots.
Feedback:
Initially had a poor customer support experience with Elevations, but they did a good job of following up with me.

There Ebill does not support Xcel Energy. I've tried for over a year to have them fix it but nobody seems to care enough to drive the issue to resolution. The tellers seem to be very friendly and knowledgeable but the phone support people are less so as they seem to not have as many answers, and just say whatever they have to to get you off the phone. at least when it comes to technical issues related to Ebill I can't help to think that that these issues are a problem with upper management. I know that when someone at the bank tried to raise the Ebill issue to a VP for me ( it's been a while but I think it was the VP) he never got back to the guy. I've also had online support say they would get back to me multiple times but they never do. I'd like to email the upper management to make the issues I've encountered know but they don't provide their contact info on their website, only their names. I've had issues with Ebill getting confused by negative balances on credit cards and couldn't get anybody to look into it. Ebill also is not working for with Comcast for me now that I have 2 comcast accounts. Phone support said they would research it and get back to me, that was weeks ago... I like the idea of a credit union over a regular bank, I like how many locations Elevations has and I like the tellers that I've gotten to know and I like an equiline rate that I got but this other stuff has me so frustrated I don't know how much longer I can stay with them.

My daughter is a freshman at CU in Boulder, and I needed to transfer money into her account on the Saturday before the start of classes. I called Elevations and spoke to one of the nicest, most helpful associates I have ever dealt with at a bank. Not only did he help me find a way to put money in her account on a Saturday, when wire transfers are not available, but he also provided his phone extension number in case my daughter needed to reach him to access the money. I was so impressed!
Feedback:
Without a doubt, the most inconvenient bank or credit union, brick or online, I have ever used, or tried to use.
Feedback:
I have been a member of this credit union for about 25 years. There is not a bank around that can keep up with the high standards of this credit union, from customer support & service to just plain financial advice. For that I could give you 5+ stars---HOWEVER, the new location in Loveland is just a horrid mistake. Trying to find the drive through ATM is hard enough and then navigating around it without hitting the curb is just impossible. There is no lobby and so we stand in line, waiting and waiting. PLEASE Elevations, go back to the old location. Or find something suitable for your long time clients like me. This is not the direction you want to go in. Or one that I want to go in. I actually feel like I am walking in a "to-go" type coffee bar when I step into this place. I've been driving all the way to Longmont to avoid this location. I just am sorry to say that I cannot deal with this change.

I'm not quite sure what the person who said this was in a residential neighborhood was talking about.... This branch is on the first floor of the University Memorial Center on the University of Colorado at Boulder campus.... It is next to the book store.... Anyway.... I have always found my interactions with the employees here to be pleasant. They are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions :)
