Overall Feedback:
Recently purchased a Suburban. The following day, engine light came on got it checked at auto zone, now it needs $1,000 worth work on it, the keyless start stopped working, then a week after that my driver door won't open (safety hazard). This is so terrible, even around the holidays. I'm almost due to have my baby and have to climb from the passenger seat to the driver seat which is painful at times. Who have money to pay for a car and monthly major maintenance. There needs to be a law enforce to protect every citizens from dealerships with faulty cars. Especially when it comes to a safety hazard issues. They have another Suburban on their lot identical to mines. I advise to stay away unless you can keep it for two days to see any issues will arise. My husband and I should've known something was wrong when we were told we could only test drive for 15 minutes. I know there's a way dealership can reset the sensor to turn off the check engine light. I can't wait when someone invent a sensor that will require by law to have on every vehicle, where it keep track of all engine and other warnings of the vehicle, so future customers can see track records before purchasing and dealership can stop getting away with not fixing a car before selling and they have to keep records of the car getting fixed. I will have to get a lemon attorney because this safety issue is a valid way to get out of this car.Update: the warranty doesn't cover what needs to be fixed on my car.Update: I was informed they were closed by my lender.
