I had a “Too big to Fail” bank for many years. The employees were professional but almost overtrained. Their responses were almost robotic. Like pre-programmed responses based on my question designed to maximize revenue for them, not to make my life better.The employees at Ent are also friendly and professional but but they also have the personal touch. And it’s that personal connection that does it for me. But it makes me wonder, what does “Ent” stand for?They are good at engagemENT and endearmENT and give customers excellENT treatmENT.It’s a bank so maybe investmENT, retiremENT, or paymENT. The employees are nonbelligerENT and are definitely untracompetENT. Thats a testamENT to upper managemENT who have obviously made a commitmENT and are excellENT.Even the security guard is magnificENT. But don’t make a fraudulENT withdrawal without consENT or he will make sure it will lead to your confinemENT. But hey it’s just my assessmENT of this establishmENT. And I’m not only talking about the one in MonumENT. Thanks ENT!
