I have banked with ENT Credit Union before and just like the 1st time their Banking Service's were super awesome . I could of went elsewhere but my mind & body wouldn't take me anywhere else, So this is where I believe I belong .Thank you ENT's Superb Customer Service in Bank Worker's Your hard work & positive attitudes is what makes your customers want to stay banking at ENT & definitely come back ... Just like Me ☺️

The people that work there do such a great job always friendly and knowledgeable. It's great to be part of of a credit Union that actually works for you and doesn't charge all kinds of fees.as a member you get a dividend each year. You can't beat that! I would never use a bank.

Been in drive through for 30 minutes, and still waiting. This has happened multiple times. Never experienced this kind of wait at a bank. Pretty lame. Once my car is paid off, I will try to get a loan elsewhere.

They should really consider keeping the lobby open later than 5 p.m.. Most people are just getting off work at 5... the drive through stations are filled with 15 cars in line@ 5:20 p.m. And more keep coming. WOW!!

At one time this was a great place to bank but they consistently make changes that negatively impact the members. Even the people over the phone in member service are rude and offer little help when having an issue.

Awful parking, an consistent long line's every-time I have been to this ent location since the closure of the blvd location.4/18/2018Teller writes down all my information on a separate piece of paper. Just utilize the computer in front of you. Flat out wrong.

I have never had anything less than a positive experience here. Long lines happen at lunch time, but usually I am in and out. The staff is quick to assist, friendly and knowledgeable. I am going on a year with this credit union, and recommend it to many!! Stellar!!

Used to be a fantastic institution but recent changes have made me reconsider. Removal of any public restrooms even for members is inhumane for everyone forced to wait in line who might have health issues requiring a restroom.

Great bank, crappy location and long lines. Have had to use since the closing of Pueblo Blvd location. Wish they'd extend their hours to 6pm. Hard to get there on 9-5hrs.
