Went in with my boyfriend to get an overdraft issue taken care of and the teller was kind enough to reimburse us for the fee! Not to mention our teller was very nice and fun to work with. Love this location!

Says on the Ent website there is a 24 hour drive up ATM at this location. That is not true. Drove around for a while looking for one in case I missed it.

The people are always nice and are usually pretty quick but there is NO DRIVE THRU or ever even a parking spot close to the front door. Finding a parking spot is the worst! Except to pretty much park by Ace Hardware and then walk over 100 yards everytrime. No big deal if your not in a hurry. But...

Slowest ENT in town probably, few employees are nice and try, but others walk around, sit at computer moving as slow as possible to not help customers. Got others chatting around corner, all while a line all through bank, at least 15 customers and only 2 of the staff helping.

Only $5 to be a member. Great loan and savings opportunities. Everyone there is super patient and polite. Often they'll even work with you with overage fees.
