I would HIGHLY not recommend this place. NO SERIOUSLY go somewhere else. This place is the equivalent of a pyramid scheme. At first they offer help and they appear to actually try to help you. But it seems like there's always one or two piece of documentation missing. Like always. I spent 10-15 hours assembling and filling out all the different pieces of paper for them to simply denie acceptance saying that the application was either not complete or there was insufficient amount of proof. Further more they will ask you to provide proof of everything from your mortgage to your daily spending. They will also tell you that you have to give them this or they wont even consider your application. They will also request paper work that you probably wont know what it is or how to obtain it. When you ask them where to get it from they will say the bank. But when you go to the bank they have absolutely never heared of half of the papers that they are requesting. When I submitted my application for funding I had to provide the following. Mortgage papers like all pieces of documentation partaking to the mortgage. Property tax bill, All utility bills, Cash flow chart, Most recent pay stub, Water well test report, Septic report, House appraisal, Daily spending chart, All information regarding credit, This includes credit cards, lines of credit and any other credit that you have, Business plan, Projected sales and revenue. last Tax claim including all documentation that pertains to the tax claim of the last year. (Kilometers traveled, They require your vehicles travel log) There were couple more papers that I do not remember what they were.For the amount of work I put in and to have this not pan out I would highly not recommend even wasting your time with this place.
