Horrible,Humiliating,Unprofessional.Went in w/ my husband last week. My husband has used this services several years now, 10-15yrs... It is with so much sadness that I have to say the Employee whom took care of us, started making jokes of the former Cuban president, the late Fidel Castro.(her country) And then went on making lots of jokes about money laundering and even about Pablo Escobar and how Colombians know how to multiply, triple $$ the same way Escobar taught them! For a moment I thought it was a little joke...or that she wasn't really thinking before speaking! But as she talking and laughing and insinuating her constnt ignorant remarks, I said" Excuse me" Did I miss anything about your joke?" We're only cashing a check here, Bank it's closed.... and you're asking us how you can contact Escobar to double that check? " Her response was "Oh No Im only joking! I said "How Rude" We do not joke around like that!!! BTW, Im not from Colombia! But i felt offended! And this is the reason why Hispanics and Latinos are always judge in a very negative way in this country! people like this lady .Never Again. Nunca Mas.
