i made a payment for my boyfriend and they said they sent the receipt twice for the payment to my email never got any email hopefully when he goes to driver services they have an email stating the suspension is lifted or we will have a big problem

I called them for my friend, who spoke limited English. I told envision's representative that my friend had either lost or had their checks stolen. And this was the 3rd time someone had tried to take money from their a account. I informed them that they had his name wrong. But they hung up on me during the call because l refused to give them information they should have had.
