Be aware that this condo is actively under construction. One end is finished, and the other is exposed girders. (You gotta love Rocky Point!). There was some construction noise at times, but it wasn't too bothersome. There are no amenities like a pool bar, food, lobby, etc. There were probably only 6 other guests in the entire place while we were there. That being said, the unit was very nice, new, and high quality. The price seemed to be discounted accordingly compared to comparable units in completely built condos. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. We had a problem with one of the AC units, but Castaways (the property mgmt group) was very quick to come over and get it fixed. The pool was clean, although not heated. There are a few palapas and chairs that were always available on the beach.If you can get past the odd feeling of staying in an abandoned building, just imagine it is your own private condo and enjoy the seclusion. You'll have an entire condo complex to yourself and a mile of nearly deserted beach.
