I've been dealing with this guy for years. There's no doubt he's trying to maximize his earning capacity. Aka get the most out of his trades. Aren't we all? Except he's the one with the money.. his ball, his game, his rules. On the other hand there have been times when he's purchased stuff from me that we both knew he was going to have a hard time selling at all. Also , all pawn guys have areas that they will pay more than other areas.. if you think he's low balling you. Go down the street. Or start at the guy down the st..He's not warm and fuzzy but he's pretty fair.
