Negative Review

Not a good deal, long terms, draconian penalties when you quit compared to other processors.

Overall Feedback:
Salesman was nice. Promised to save me money. Having now fully reviewed the contracts required for doing business with this provider (also known as BLUESWIPE), I cannot recommend using this company. Many fees listed in the long text of the agreement and these fees are not mentioned on the summary comparison provided by the sales man, and outrageous early termination penalties. Also auto renew can lock you in for another year if you don't notify them that you want to quit. But if you quit them then they charge you $350 plus "liquidated damages" equal to the remaining months on your contract - this can be 10's of thousands of dollars depending on your average fees. This may be legal, but there are other processors who do not lock you in with long terms and these termination fees. In my opinion, this is not a good deal compared to other processors.
