Don’t buy the ‘youve been approved’ yarn. Emphasised verbally, they insist it’s just a formality. BS; you’ve been approved to drag yourself in so you can sit obediently in a cubicle, all the while waiting to find out what the all powerful (often heard, never seen) Margaret’s tea leaves, or whatever, have determined as your fate. Surreal from the off, but an amusing contrast to how Financial Institutions do it. Disappointing waste of life.
