A representative from this company by the name of Adel Barin from Express Payment Solutions Inc located at 6950 District Blvd, Bakersfield, CA Promised to save me $800.00 a month and instead of saving, my bill increased $600.00 minimum per month. He leased me 2 terminals for $147.00 knowing that I already had contracted terminals and misled me by saying that he would give me a Free Wireless Terminal. The total loss by switching was $7,056.00 for new leased equipment. Mr. Adel Barin lied to me by saying that he would pay any cancelation from previous merchant service provider. I had to pay a total of $4139.00 to close out my previous contract. This is not including the increase on my rates & fees in my merchant statement of $600.00 a month. This man was unethical in his business practice & completely manipulated me to believe his lie. One of 3 terminals that were brought to me from Mr. Adel Barin was defected condition. That was the last time that I seen my defected terminal because he never replaced it. It has been 19 mos & I am paying a service fee for this terminal & also a wireless service fee but still don't have a wireless terminal. I was misled, robbed & took advantage of. These unethical practices has put me in distress. I paid a total of $4,139.00 to pay off my prior contract that Adel Barin Promised to pay. Aside from having to pay off the total of $4,139.00, Adel Barin took my old machines stating that, "he would take care of it" meaning to pay off my contract at the time. I never get an answer when I call him. The time that I spoke to him he was very unprofessional and hung up on me. He is completely rejecting my calls and is not helping me. Now I am receiving a collection letter that I owe money. I sent a cancellation letter via email and fax to close out my merchant account with them in the month of October 11, 2016 yet I am still paying their service fee of $190.00 . This whole situation has caused me stress, time and roughly about $18,000.00
