Overall Feedback:

Absolutely poor business and customer service. Had problems with their security system that they had installed, they could not fix it and kept blaming it on the phone company fault. Our phone line have been verified and working, we use it for our business. If it did not work we would definitely know about it. I even offered to pay for a different technician to come fix the problem and they just flat out refused. Their manager had the audacity to hang up on me while we were talking, that how bad their customer service. Now I have to find a better company to deal with and thank goodness I did. Buyer BEWARE!
