Overall Feedback:
They close early on Saturday’s 2pm. I called to make my payment at 3pm and they were closed. I didn’t know this and so I got an $8 late fee charge because there not open on sundays. I asked since I didn’t know that they closed so early on saturdays if they could waive the fee just this one time. Jamari said he would need to speak to his manager Ruby and call me back. They called and said nothing they could do I had to pay the late fee. Where did the customer service go. Everyone wants to make a dollar, even if it was a mistake. I understand if I hibutually did this but it was one time. Customer service is no longer found in businesses. Because if this reason I feel there just out to get people’s money and take advantage of people. What happened to people making customers satisfied?
