Charlie was an excellent representative for this company, and assisted me in taking out a $17,000 cash advance. As a special request, I asked Charlie to help lower my weekly payments by 60% for two weeks due to an upcoming slow season. This was not his department, so he forwarded me to Anthony. Anthony had me on hold for 40 minutes. Not knowing what was going on, I called him from a different phone number. He answered and I told him my name - he didn't know who I was, and put me on hold quickly. I called again from the same number, and this time I was sent to voicemail.Finally I called from a third phone number, got through to him, uttered a "Hey anthony" and was immediately hung up on. This would have been a 1 star review, but while i was typing this up and on hold with yet another agent in this firm, I was transferred to someone else who could help me. Tori was wonderful and able to solve this for me in literally 2 minutes on the phone. As for my recommendation for this company, consider re-training Anthony as because of him i am considering going elsewhere for future lending needs. Terrible experience with him on the phone.
